Wizards
- Multi-part pre-printed form
Wizard
The Multipart Preprinted form wizard helps you create multipart forms by
copying the selected form and automatically linking them together.
- Multiple Destination Wizard
With the Multiple Destination wizard, you can specify the destination of
your forms. Enter in the number of copies and then select which printers,
fax machines, archive and/or email systems you’d like each copy to be
routed to.
- CSV Wizard
The CSV Wizard automatically adds a special field box over each line of
text in the selected CSV file. These fields can be mapped as needed using
the Reform Designer.
- Tag Doc Barcode Wizard
The Tag Doc barcode wizard walks you through the process of adding
FabSoft’s proprietary Tag Doc barcode to your forms.
- MOST Designer Wizard
With the MOST Wizard, users can use the MOST Designer to create MOST
screens without having to know how MOST and Reform interact.
Reform Filler
- With the Reform Filler, users can open forms that have
been created with Reform and fill in the form fields right from their
workstation. When the form is submitted, it is automatically printed,
faxed, emailed or archived as needed.
PDF Image + Text
- This new powerful feature of Reform Enterprise 12 will
perform OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on scanned images and create a
PDF. The text information is kept as a separate layer from the image so
that the PDF is searchable, which is essential for document retrieval.
Designer
- Object Inspector
The new object inspector allows you to easily select and edit form
objects. Within the object inspector you edit all properties such as
color, size, font, brush, etc. You can also reorder, group and align
objects.
- Docked Layout
The layout of the designer is now docked, making it more organized and
easier to manage.
- Designer Toolbar
The Designer Toolbar puts all of the frequently used design features in a
convenient location so they can be quickly accessed
- Free Rotation
With free rotation, objects can be rotated however needed.
- Accurate Layout
Layouts are more accurate, so printouts match exactly what you seen on
screen
- On-object Text Edit
Text can be added and edited within objects.
- Text alignment options
Alignment options let you align text to the Left, Center, Right, Top,
Middle, or Bottom.
- Zoom In/Out
The zoom function in the Design Layer helps users design forms more
precisely.
- Shadows
Add shadows to objects and control properties such as location, color,
etc.
- Arrows
Create standard, double, quad and triple arrows.
- Gradients
Fill objects with various gradient types.
- New Objects
Create Lines, Polylines, Polygons, Arches, Beziers
- Anchor Feature
Lock the position of floating data so that layout remains constant.
